Delivery & Returns

We use Royal Mail for deliveries, with shipping costs calculated during the checkout process. While we take great care in packaging our chocolates to safeguard them during transit, we cannot assume liability for mishandling, loss, or damage once your package has left our premises. It's important to recognize that chocolate is sensitive to temperature, so during hot weather conditions, we may postpone shipping until suitable temperatures ensure safe delivery. After shipment, any temperature-related concerns or damage during transit with our third-party courier are beyond our control. Please ensure accurate delivery details, as we cannot be held responsible for addressing errors. During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentines, and Easter, delays by the third-party courier may occur, and we kindly request waiting an additional 7 days before contacting us regarding delivery concerns.

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns.
